No changes in the first American leg, apart from the ever changing arrangements and lyrics.
In the first European leg 18 song plus 2 encores are played in the standard setlist. Sad Songs and Waltzes, I’m A Fool To Want You and That Lucky Old Sun are played once. Autumn Leaves is the first new song of Shadows in the Night. During festivals an alternative, shorter setlist is played.
In the second European leg Dylan introduces new songs and outtakes from the Shadows in the Night-project. Seven covers are played every night in a set list of 20 songs. In total Dylan playes 10 different covers: Autumn Leaves; The Night We Called It A Day; Why Try To Change Me Now; I’m A Fool To Want You; Full Moon And Empty Arms; Come Rain Or Come Shine; All Or Nothing At All; Where Are You?; What’ll I Do; Melancholy Mood.

As the year progresses, Dylan plays less and less piano. He ends with 5 songs on grand piano; rest center stage, with harp sometimes.
February 6 Dylan gives a 35-minutes speech after he receives the award for the 2015 MusiCares Person of the Year from former US President Jimmy Carter.

The Bootleg Series, Vol. 12: The Cutting Edge 1965 – 1966. Released in November in a 2CD The Best of-version; a 6CD Deluxe Edition and a 18CD Collector’s Edition.
Dont Look Back – The 2015 Criterion edition. Released in November, 50 years after D.A. Pennebaker documented Dylan’s UK tour on film.
